Prophet Nola Pelser hits some really high notes with crystal clarity on this album exploring the mysteries of the church in revelation. It really feels like you are transported into the throne room and the angelic like voices complete the experience. “I See the Risen Son” is a prophetic statement
of glory and it brings people closer to their Saviour.

The Irish Riverdance style song: “Lord You Are Good” is a wonderful ensemble of Celtic Bodhran style drumming with many options for dancing before the Lord. The joy released from a different genre in music as opposed to the often generic gospel sounds with familiar and predictable chord progressions, is why there is an exploration of God’s diverse people.

Tracks:

Holy (instrumental)

See the Risen Son (Classical)

When we gather round Your throne (Classical)

You know everything

Lord You are good (Irish)

Be holy as I am holy

There is a strong Latin American Flavour drawing from the Samba and Bossa Nova rhythms in this album. Exploring different musical genres from around the world in order to worship God in spirit and truth, is the motivation behind ‘All Nations School of Worship.’

“Give Thanks to the Lord” is a homage to Indian Tabla rhythms interpreted in a modern setting with keyboards and drum kits. There are moments to just enjoy the movements and dances associated with Indian raga and beats. There are clips where you can see the whole congregation dancing and having tremendous fun. The final Song on this CD is “You’re the Most Faithful One” written by Yve Brandt (Formerly Pelser)

There is a summary of our commission to go and make disciples of all nations that releases into a beautiful dance in three, but returns to a simple, childlike confession of intimate knowledge of God’s faithfulness.

Tracks:

Come and join the dance of the Lord (Latin)

You carry us through

Lord we love You

Seek Your kingdom first (free worship)

Imprint (free worship)

Give thanks to the Lord (Indian)

I will dwell in Your house

You’re the most faithful One

This collection of songs and spontaneous worship was recorded live at an annual Apostolic Summit in Simonstown, South Africa. Chantal Pelser collaborated with various song writers including Yve Brandt, Luke Kirschke and her husband on drums, Aje Pelser.

The Reggae genre of music lends itself to introspection and philosophical change on a spiritual level. “Blessed Is He” explores the wonders of our transgressions being forgiven and releases with the line: “So Shout for joy, all of you upright in heart.” Chantal and the band managed to capture the feel of the popping guitar sounds with Dale Collins and Du Wayne Denton along with Jean-Pierre Joubert laying the solid foundation for the Caribbean feel. Sam Ngwira shines on percussion with Aje Pelser on drums. You can hear Ben Unsworth with Temba Dlayoi. Marlize Haasbroek and Katie Louwrens
were also great on backing vocals. Charlene Faurie plays keys and organ on the reggae track and reinvents the sitar on the Indian tracks as well!
There is a strong focus on worship on Jesus in the spontaneous prophetic flow of worship. Luke Kirschke introduces his song that was sparked by his love for Africa. The thoughts that flowed from the springboard of the song are captured as individual tracks but the flow continues.

Tracks:

Jesus

Cleft of the rock

Safety in You

Blessed is he (reggae)

Brilliant Flam (African)

Shepherd of our souls

Everlasting Life

Simonstown Jam

In His Presence Album by Andre and Nola Pelser

This album was recorded at the DML Studio/ Rhema Studio. Digital mastering at EMI Studios, Johannesburg, South Africa. All songs and lyrics by Andre Pelser, copyright 1985

Nola Pelser wrote ‘Lord, How Beautiful’

The song ‘Jesus’ is an arrangement of a song by John Watson

This album is dedicated to our family and friends who stood by us while we did missionary work in Australia. This album was born out of our adventures as sent ones in a foreign land.

Nola, Aje, Yvette and I are humbly thankful to our heavenly Father, our Lord Jesus Christ and his blessed Holy Spirit for giving us this opportunity to bring glory to his name.

Thanks to all the Muso’s and studios for your dedication and especially Mike for your meticulous persistence!

A special word of thanks to George, whose suggestion to support our work in Australia by recording a new album sparked the whole thing off.
