There are galaxies of leadership to explore, from personal to corporate, from influencing a community to uplifting a whole society. We might not all take the lead in daily life, but we all have a responsibility to lead in some way that affects not only our course of life, but those around us. With this in mind I have decided to offer some thoughts
and meditations of defining moments in my life that developed the leader within me.

At this stage, it is beneficial to reflect on my journey and evaluate the lessons, principles, experiences and life changing moments and people that helped to shape the leader in me. I would encourage the reader to take my examples and use them as springboards of thought and meditation. From the short stories you will recall events and places, people and mentors that heave helped to shape your inner leader to this point.

The next step would be to jot down the thoughts on leadership that are sparked from one memoir to the next in the space provided. The end notes offer some further reading and useful internet links.

Into orbit

The idea of orbital structures based on God’s Universe and its gravitational theory should catapult your thinking into new dimensions and draw you closer to the Creator and His ways. Although scientific facts and theories are quoted and discussed, every voyager (reader) should enjoy the journey of discovery instead of getting lost in a cloud of stellar dust of detail. Take one revelation at a time and merge it with other ideas to produce new galaxies of thought. Eventually the practical application of the principle will emerge.

While the allegory of the Solar System as applied to structures for individuals, families, churches and business needs some laws of physics and scientific integrity, the voyager will realize that “understanding establishes” a paradigm of thought. Such understanding will sustain long term development. Once again we realize how Great God is as a Creator and we draw from His wisdom. The ultimate wisdom comes from the Bible,

We really have to glorify God because, without Jesus, we could have done nothing! We are thankful for His provision and His protection.

We realized that every home is a Harvester hub to reach souls for Jesus. Families have started to worship and pray together again. However, the balance is found in Apostle Paul’s testimony: “How I kept back nothing that was helpful, but proclaimed it to you, and taught you publicly and from house to house.”

We have seen the hand of the Lord heal and comfort continually. We salute the saints who have passed into glory and celebrate the breakthroughs God has given on all fronts.

On the cover, our concept artists inserted a DNA design in the middle of the Butterfly Nebula image captured by Hubble space Telescope. The gases ejected from the explosion and death of stars are travelling much faster than the original expelled mass.

When we go through phases of Christian life, death and rebirth, we emit colours and frequencies that go way beyond what we see in the natural. When people view a move of God in the earth, the winged galaxies that emerge are beautiful to behold, but they don’t necessarily reveal what it cost to release such glory. We explore the DNA of a move of God and meditate about church at a cellular level.

There are examples of churches selected from the Harvester galaxy that represent several continents. We have wonderful testimonies to uplift your soul and give your faith wings. Going through your personal journals and prophecies will reveal new worlds you passed by in your busy life. During the Covid-19 crisis, the world has taken a breath to sit back and reflect on its ways, its operations and its future, but how about the Church world?

In many ways God had prepared us as a virtual office many years ago, so that we could easily turn into virtual church. But there are volumes of data that we have produced over a galaxy of churches, that need to be re-read for a new generation. This process could reveal undiscovered worlds for the future bride of Christ.

We hear from apostles and prophets across this vast move of God, who share their insights about Jesus’ revolution. God’s agents of change share wisdom to navigate a whole new way of existence for the first time since the early church.

We share new channels of learning and opportunities to train that were not available before. There is an urgency in the Spirit to raise the standard and to seek His kingdom first.

God told Abraham to look at the stars to see his descendants. The death of a stellar system creates the raw materials for the birth of new stars and planets. God sometimes allows the old things to become obsolete so that the new can be triggered into existence to sustain a new phase of life.

This is true for local churches and networks alike. Often we see galaxies merging and momentum being formed as people with gravity slingshot those who received their anointing. With this in mind we peer into parts of the galaxy where new orbits of training for believers are formed.

We see the effect of abiding in sustainable pathways of relationship with Jesus, revealed in the testimonies and see new converts growing. To develop believers we investigate tools such as executive coaching to find the solution within, and new resources are reviewed that will ensure believers reach their full potential in Christ.

To be formed like Jesus is, in essence, to understand His inner configuration and to be modelled after him.

By the time we see a Supernova, thousands of years have passed. The after glow of glory is very similar in Christian circles. Very few are there to witness the actual event, but the ramifications are far-reaching and eternal.

Many will stand in awe and wonder at the glory revealed through suffering in the birth of a new move of God. With this in mind, I have endeavored to create a composite image of spiritual space of telescopic proportions that attempts to transcend time and space, to give people a glimpse into the wonder of what God is accomplishing in our sector of the spirit-scape.

While I recognize that the synergy created by hundreds of churches across several continents is impossible to describe in 40 pages, I find great comfort in the telescope concept God gave us for this brief summary. It is designed to inspire creative thinking and global synergy so that we can spread more good news than ever, with new found courage and resources.
